Vic Moea aka Vic “Vegas” joins Nicholas and Company as Corporate Chef and Brands Specialist.

Chef Vic is a self-trained restaurant chef starting out as a dishwasher and working his way up to corporate executive chef for top Vegas Hotels. He is one of the expert chefs on Spike TV’s “Bar Rescue” and was also on “Food Network Star” and “Chopped” on the Food Network among his many other television appearances.
